Hi

Try www.hoteljustyna.pl they have a public transport area which may give you some answers.

Kosher food - we stayed in the Kazimierz district and although there were lots of Jewish style restaurants none actually claimed to be Kosher.

2. Too far for a walk, take a tram - basically all trams you can get from the tram stop near the hotel will take you to the town center. Unless you choose the wrong direction and decide to go to Nowa Huta :)

4. It should be around 60 PLN (regular rate). It may go higher, depending on the route, traffic, the day of the week and the time of the day.
