From what I remember you wont get a tram to Nowa Huta from Plac Wszystkich Świętych, which is the stop on Grodzka. Your best bet it to head up to infront of the train station for the Dworzec Głowny stop on Lubicz and catch the no. 4 or 15 which will take you to Plac Centranly, the main stop for Nowa Huta. Nowa Huta is really different to old town Kraków and is a good insight into the socialist planning and architecture.
