We took a bus at the bus station last wednesday, 20th June. (about 13 zlotys each) which took about 90 mins. The English speaking tours were every hour, on the half hour. (40zlotys each) we took one at 13:30pm which took us around both camps, and that finished at approx 16:50pm. The Bus back to Krakow was 17:30pm

The morning tour takes approx 6 hours door to door. Assuming the afternoon tour takes roughly the same time and given that there is little (if any) time to eat whilst there, it means you either forgoe Dinner that night or eat very late.
