Route planner suggests 292 bus to Plac Inwalidów then walk 250 metres to the 24 tram to Teatr Bagatela which is 90-100 metres from thr hotel. krakow.jakdojade.pl/?locale=en#tabId=0& is the route panner for Krakow

Is the train to Glowny hard to find at the airport? We are staying in the Ascot Hotel which I believe is only a couple of hundred metres from the station so it would suit us to take the train.

Also, are there machines to buy tickets at the airport and do they take cards? We may not have got a chance to get Zloty yet.

The shuttle train station is 200m from the Terminal, and there's a bus outside the terminal to take you there if it's cold, wet or you have heavy bags.

Shuttle train tickets cost 12z single, 20zl return, and can be bought:

- on the train, from the train’s attendant

- on the train, from a ticket machine

- in terminal T1 (from the ticket machine located near the centre exit)

- at Kraków Główny (at ticket counters or from the ticket machine located at Platform 1)

The timetable is here krakowairport.pl/en/…a199.html

As you may end up wanting to get a taxi, why not get some zloty before you arrive or change a small amount at the airport?

Thanks for the prompt reply John! That all sounds very straight forward. We will probably try and hit an ATM in the airport when we arrive. It's a bit of a pain trying to get Zloty from the banks here.

Hi you can get a bus from the airport .Turn right out of the terminal walk about 100mts to bus stop it costs 4zls to Krakow station end of the line, this is next to the train station in Krakow.. Ticket machine in the bus shelter takes bank notes to buy tickets or if you have coins the machine on the bus will sell you a ticket. The bus takes about 35 mins to town and run every 20 min.until about 23.oohrs then 1 /hr.Hope this helps Cheers Chris
