Bus route

We will be staying at the Swing Hotel, Krakow. From what I'm reading on TA, is that there is

a bus stop across the road from the hotel. Can anyone tell me the number of the bus that goes to Wawel Castle and the time....early in the a.m. (say around 8.30am). If there is no direct bus, please could you tell me roughly how much a taxi would be to the castle. Thanks.

1. Re: Bus route

We have a city-by-city ground level route planner for pedestrians, buses and trams in Poland. You need to enter your start and finish points, or find them on a map, then tell it the day and time you will start - the route changes as buses or trams go, so the route will change as the planner always aims to give you the soonest arrival time it can. For Krakow, the planner is http://krakow.jakdojade.pl/?locale=en

Enjoy Krakow!
