I need to travel by train from Ljubljana to Vienna (Wien) in late September.
I can see from the Slovenian rail website that there is a train at 16:00 which would be ideal for me. There is apparently a special "SparSchiene" offer of 29 euro single for this journey. The Slovenian Rail office have told me by email that I need to buy a ticket in advance to get this price... however there is no online booking and I can't get them to reply to my question of: HOW do I book in advance?!
Is the only answer to phone the office and pay by credit card, and if so will they post tickets to me in the UK?
If anyone knows, help would be appreciated.
