Thinking of renting an apartment rather then hotel??

Ive found City apartments or the Marriott apartment's for pretty much same price. Has anyone been to either & can recommend? What is best location & facilities ?

Im there for 4 days, 3 nights & it seems to be cheaper to go for this option then a hotel room so thought it would be good option?

Thanks in advance :)

The Marriott is in a great location, only a couple blocks from the river and close to many dining options. If you check their web page you will see the rooms are very spacious.

Google Entre Amis apartments they are mostly nearby the opera house with one located in Kiraly Utca. Very reasonable and very nice hosts.

Hello,

I booked an apartment with Altracasa last November. Most of their apartments are in the main `touristy` bit, ours was on Vaci utca, which is quiet busy but we had no noise disruptions at all. Some of their other apartments are around Ferenciek tere, also very centrally located. I can definitely recommend them, our apartment was spacious, comfy, with all mod/cons you would ask for and expect and it only cost £120 for 4 night, between 3 of us, absolute bargain. It was perfect for 3 girls exploring the city.

We stayed at the Fashion Street Apartments in the center (Vaci Utca). It was great and cheap! The only problem was the fact that you had to be very quiet after 22:00, because it's an apartment complex for locals. Other than that it was very nice!

Check out John Farago's aparments. We stay with him each time we visit Budapest. They have all the amenities one could want, all well appointed and well located.
