Tallinn airport fail

Мы бронировали места в первом ряду эконом класса с детской люлькой (путешествуем с маленькой дочкой).

В авиакомпании подтвердили, что места забронированы за нами и все должно быть хорошо. Данные места возможно получить только по предварительной брони по телефону. Между остальными они распределяются, только если мы не явимся. При регистрации на рейс выяснилось, что места отданы другим людям без детей. Так подставы со стороны аэропорта мы никак не ожидали.

Хотелось бы еще дополнить. Долго не могли в системе найти билет на ребенка. В итоге мы получили билеты самыми последними в последнем ряду.

I think you will find that your issues are with the airline, not the airport.

Hello.

I checked with aircompany my reservation twice and the confirmed that everything is ok with my booking.

Unfortunately i'm not a specialist in a booking and airport registration systems, but for me it looks like airport fail.

Anyway, i've already sent claim to airline too. Now i'm waiting for an answer to avoid this situation in my further flights.

Sorry to hear that. The airport doesn't have a say about which passenger gets to sit where. You should take it up with the company who owns the plane and sold you tickets.
