Lauterbrunnen in winter

Is it worth visiting lauterbrunnen at the end of December? Or will our experience be ruined by the snow and weather?

I'm not sure what experience you would be expecting at the end of December. It's pretty much a guarantee that it will be cold and probably there will be snow. That's what people go there for in the winter. Skiing, cross country skiing, winter walking are the winter things to do in all of the mountain villages.

I just wanted Togo to lauterbrunnen to see the picturesque scenery (so I've heard) and when I google pictures of lauterbrunnen, they are always taken in summer. So I was wondering if it is still as beautiful in winter.

Lauterbrunnen just got the first good snow of the season and you can check the webcams to see what it looks like. The Lauterbrunnen one hadnt reloaded for today yet but the one from Stechelberg should give you an idea of what the area is like.

It's even more beautiful in snow! Mountains in snow are one of the most beautiful things on earth!

Also, skiing is amazing (and so is snowboarding according to my boarder boyfriend)
