Well, weather isn't predictable, but usually our weather is good from June thru mid-July . . . and then it seems to magically clear up end of August for beautiful fall weather. That is typical for here in the Interior - and late June is about my most favorite time of year. But we have wet summers and dry summer . . . you just never know. :)
November thru February.
Sorry could not resist.
We did have rain here last week - hahaha - has to be one of the most bizarre winters . . .
We've had better overall weather in June than July on our trips. It's also a little less busy in June. This year we're arriving June 6th, our earliest yet.
You deserve a body check for that.
June statistically has less rain, but it could rain for days on your trip any date you pick, so just prepare with good rain gear. I remember the summer of 2010 when it rained all summer every day.
In southcentral we have what's called the state fair weather pattern.... always rain at that time of year.
Then in winter we have the worst rain of all- ice rain! Ruins our snow for skiing.
But then the rest of the west is doing a rain dance & would love all the rain!
"You deserve a body check "
Can't hit the goalie!
We are finally getting some snow and really don't need sunny days. Fire danger is high enough and the snow from December is gone
