Mystic - post summer

We will be arriving in Mystic on Labor Day and staying a couple of days. I know that there are restaurants that close on weekdays after Labor Day- anyone have suggestions for restaurants and things to do during the week? Some of the ones that I've looked at indicate they are open only weekends after Labor Day. Thanks for any help you can give us!

I believe S&P Oyster and Dogwatch Cafe are open year round... we've been to both in the dead of winter. Take a ride to Stonington Village early in the morning.... and watch the boats and birds near the lighthouse. Just hop in the car and ride the local roads near the water. Casinos will be open! I also believe the shops in Olde Mistick Village are all open.
