Do i still need an ESTA to travel from Ireland if i C1 - D visa???

best bet would be to contact the consulate in Dublin.

ESTA is for people traveling to the USA under the VWP program, ie those who do not require or have visas.

You have a Visa, so you don't need to be 'Waivered' from getting one. Any others in your party w/o a visa will need an ESTA.
