Spring Break with Teenagers

We're are planning a spring break to Florida with our 13 year old daughter and 16 year old son. We don't want to deal with a lot of college spring breakers, but the kids don't want to it to be too quiet either. In the past we've stayed at FMB, but the traffic was too much for our taste. We have also stayed at Siesta Key. Our impression of Siesta Key was probably tainted by cold weather. We enjoyed Treasure island when kids were younger. Wondering if anyone has any good suggestions for a place where teenagers won't be bored, but mom and dad will also get some relaxation. We most likely will rent a condo through VRBO. Thanks.

Have you thought about visiting the keys? Altho there is not miles of beaches like the gulf coast its a beautiful place, smaller beaches, you can rent a duplex in Key Colony Beach or stay at a resort like Cheeca Lodge, Hawks Cay or Tranquility Bay. Lots to do in the keys.
