Where in Hawaii for best outlet shopping/general shopping?

I am planning a stop over in Hawaii and would like recommendations on best island to visit for shopping /outlets? Also any recs for specific outlets?

We are a couple in our 20s shopping for clothing mostly, shoes, accessories, etc. :-) Thanks in advance

Honolulu on the Island of Oahu. By far the best shopping in Hawaii. The Ala Moana (shopping) Center and the Ward Centers are your best bet. There are outlet stores (the Waikele Outlets) ... but they are not in Honolulu. You can arrange for transportation easy enough. The Waikele Outlets are small by American standards - but some people like them. I don't think they are worth the trouble, myself.

Don't miss Nordstrom's Rack, TJ Maxx and Ross (there are a few around Honolulu) for off-price items
