Fall Foliage Hike This Weekend?

I was wondering if anyone can help me find a 1.5-3 hour fall foliage hike close to Boston. I would like to go this Sunday if the weather is OK. I am a pretty advanced hiker so I am OK with rock scrambles and things like that. If possible, I would like a place that is within an hour of Boston where the leaves are not past their peak. Thanks so much for your help!

Thanks for your response. I have been to the Blue Hills many times and was hoping to try somewhere new. Any additional suggestions? Thanks!

The Fells Reservation in Winchester is nice.

Thanks! Any additional suggestions? Have anyone been to Wachusett or Wompatuck or Myles Stanish?

My office is close to the Fells. The foliage is faded but there are still some nice colors.

It's a bit late to look for foliage at Wachusett. A safer bet would be the Blackstone Valley in Rhode Island.

I live near Wompatuck. I've never walked it, only biked. It's nice, but not hilly at all.

Walden Pond is a great walk in Concord, but we are past peak in foliage. Any volunteers to rake leaves?

I'd love to help rake your leaves, but ONLY if I can burn the pile of leaves ...... ah, memories of my childhood from long ago .......

Any leaves still on trees will all get blown off with hurricane approaching.
