Americinn in RIchfield MN couldn't care less

Reserved a 2 night stay...big mistake. Room was discusting smelled like smoke, had super stained curtains, booger on wall, ice machine did not work, took shower in 4 inches of water because tub drained slowly, sink drain broke, water went all over the floor. We called front desk after about 20 rings they answered and said they would call someone in maint and try and have them fix it. We waited up..nobody came so each time we had to wash our hands in the tub. 2nd day we had no coffee, shampoo or soap, good thing we brought our own. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS OR ANY OTHWR AMERIINN AGAIN:-(

Your thoughts are in line with others in reviews of this hotel. The best way to alert fellow travelers in to add to the reviews because over time your post will wind up in limbo of the back pages of this forum.

Agreed...best plan is for you to write a review on their listing (and, by the way, contact Americinn's corporate offices or Guest Relations, I believe most chains have them).

Sounds like you should have read the previous reviews before you booked your stay - here's the link to write your own review.

And here is their customer support page. I suspect a respectfully written email explaining your problems and lack of resolution, will result in a response.
