US 45 Corinth to Meridan

We are planning on driving from Memphis to Gulf Shores via US 45 from Corinth until US45 becomes 57. We are planning on doing this drive at night (11pm start time). Does anyone know a. are there gas stations right off of 45 that are open 24hrs a day so we can stop to fill up and get coffee or should we bring extra gas?

b. is it safe to drive in the middle of the night.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

Are you leaving Memphis at 11pm, or is that the departure from Corinth? It's been awhile since I traveled that route, but one suggestion is to use the gasbuddy app to locate stations along your route as you travel and have better info on when you will be needing to re-fill.

Have driven 45 at night several times. It is definitely safe. You can definitely find gas near Meridian. If I recall correctly there are some truck stops along the way where you should be able to buy gas and coffee.
