Nice place to stay for 4 in NJ near Philly?

Visiting husband's aged relatives in Palmyra, going to Phillies games, historic Philadelphia, the shore, Sesame Place.... need a place to stay for a week!

Two adults, two kids. Would like a pool but not a deal breaker. We were able to stay in a lovely apartment in Paris for about $100 a night. Would like to do the same here, but can't find anything for less than a month extended stay place or much more expensive. Help!

The NJ towns outside Philadelphia are primarily residential "bedroom communities" to Philly, with hotels supporting the business sector of that region. While a convenient location to explore the locales you have suggested (I hope you plan on having a car), there are probably not as many vacation rentals. The Jersey shore (at least an hour from Philly) has thousands of weekly rentals, Philly may have some. Try www.homeaway.com or www.vrbo.com . These are sites by privates owners renting their homes or condos. You will need to narrow down which town you want to stay in. Hopefully other posters can give you ideas of which towns may be best to stay in. I would also suggest asking your husbands relative which town you should settle down in for the week. Good luck!
