Candlelight Christmas Package @ Inn On Biltmore-Worth It?

We're somewhat interested in the Candleight Christmas @ the Inn On Biltmore package this year.

This a very pricy package starting @ $837 plus tax for two nights so it begs the question of actual value. Over $400 a night is a lot for most folks. Is it worth it?

Has anyone here done this package and could you comment on it please.

Thank you.

Well a bed is a bed. Not sure what the Inn has special for those staying on the Estate...perhaps a large eggnog! But that is a pretty high price for me at least. I guess my question is why not stay at a moderately price hotel in Asheville and make a day visit to Biltmore. The house is what you want to see that time of year both during the day and the special musical programs that might be available in the evening. Don't forget to make a swing by The Grove Park Inn. Another great treat for the Christmans season.
