Welcome to the forum. This is not practical in eight days, especially if you are doing a full-day raft trip which is really going to require two nights in Page. Salt Lake City will be the best gateway.

Here's a bare minimum plan. Adding another day or two would help.

Day 1 - Arrive SLC; drive to Moab (4 hours)

Day 2 - Moab (Arches/Canyonlands)

Day 3 - Moab

Day 4 - Drive to Page

Day 5 - Raft trip; stay Page

Day 6 - Drive to Springdale

Day 7 - Springdale (Zion)

Day 8 - Drive to Bryce

Day 9 - Return to SLC for departure

Have fun.

These are the absolute minimum night stays for the places you have listed.

Page AZ (Horesebend/raft trip). 2 nights

Zion NP. 2 to 3 nights

Bryce 1 to 2 nights

Moab 3 nights

And between Bryce and Moab, it’s recommended to do an overnight in Torrey Utah (Capitol Reef NP) to break up the drive.

It will be a very fast paced trip. For the better experience, drop Moab and focus on Bryce, Zion and Page. Do it as a loop out of Las. Vegas. Vegas - Bryce - Page - Zion - Vegas.

As I do more research that is what I am thinking too, as much as I hate to pass on Moab, I would rather be able to enjoy the other parks and not be rushed.

Now where to stay?

You want to stay as close to the national parks as possible for the best experience. Lookin the town of Springdale for Zion, at Bryce and in the town of Page AZ for your float trip.

Tough nowadays to do the park circuit on a tight budget. Zion/Springdale will already be quite pricey by the time April arrives. Still, for Springdale, there are several different price points. Try looking at the Quality Inns, Bumbleberry Inn, Pioneer Lodge, and Zion Park Motel. Book direct, and do not use a third party booking site to gauge availability. Direct links can be found under the lodging tab on www.zionpark.com

For Bryce, look to Bryce Canyon City. Start with www.rubysinn.com , and possibly www.bryceviewlodge.com

For Zion and Bryce, make sure to book soon(especially Zion, where April is already starting into the high season.)

For Page/Lake Powell, stay in Page. Several cookie cutter hotels are available, including a couple of Best Westerns.

Out of Las Vegas, Zion, Bryce, Page makes a tidy loop. With 8 days, you can add in another destination, including Grand canyon south rim, or Monument Valley.

If you can add days, then Moab comes back into the mix of possibilities.

Excellent advice already. Zions, Bryce and Page are a good plan given your time allowance.

Your actual itinerary could be determined by where you can find places to stay. Start researching and booking overnight lodging before you do anything else.

Looks like you are on the right track now - Vegas, Zion - stay in Springdale, Bryce - stay at Bryce, and Page makes for a good trip.

One possibility to consider is Valley of Fire between Vegas and Zion. It's not Moab but it does have some similar features like petrified sand dunes and a few arches. I really like the White Domes and Fire Waves hikes.
