Route 100

I am traveling north on Rt. 100, then to Woodstock. I am also going to jackson NH. Should I go back to Rt.100 and continue driving north or should I cut east to go to NH? I want to experience the best of Rt. 100.

You've got two options:

1) From Woodstock, double back to Rt 100 and north onto Waterbury. It's certainly a pretty drive. From Waterbury, head east to Jackson.

OR

2) From Woodstock, take the 2.5 hour drive to Jackson.

Depends on how much time you have and how much you like to drive.

When is the trip? Just did Woodstock to Waterbury and it took over 2 hours. Lovely drive but just about all of VT is. If you want to dawdle and take pictures you may want to take a shorter drive as the alternative is no stops and seeing VT thru a dirty windshield.
