The area's destination experts may have a better guess at answering that question. On the other hand, does anyone know when it'll start snowing again? This year, summer might be just a passing thought.
There is always very detailed info on the park's website (including percentage of snow cover on every trail), and in fact they have a twitter page with daily updates. That will be your best source of info.
The Sunday Tacoma News Tribune had an article on access and wildflowers on Mt. Rainier. I didn't look to see where it originated, but it was recommending Sunrise over Paraside for less snow and more wlidflowers. It even had the exact amounts of snow left at each place.
