Revolving restaurant or those with a view

Does anyone know of any other revolving restaurants or those with a view over the city, apart from the Doubletree Windows over Washington, as this will be closed when we are there (as its only open Friday and Saturdays).

The restaurant at the top of the Marriott Key Bridge is supposed to have a nice view. Not sure how the food is, though. Ruth's Chris Steakhouse in Crystal City also has a nice view of the city.

The Hotel Washington has great views of DC in their rooftop.

The Doubletree in Alexandria or Arlington - not sure which, has a roof top rotating restaurant.

Kennedy Center Roof Terrace Restaurant.

Food is up and down, but the view is very nice, make sure to request a table with a view when you make your reservation.
