Teton Park Road vs Rt 191?

We'll be traveling from Old Faithful to Salt Lake City on a Sunday in a couple of weeks. Is there any sightseeing advantage to taking Teton Park Road through the Tetons, past Jenny Lake through Moose to Rt 191 rather than staying on Rt191 or would the length of day warrant Rt 191al the way to Rt 89 ?

I can't tell from any maps the extra time it may take to travl Teton Park Road.

You will be much closer to the Tetons and the lakes, and I think you will have a more scenic view. Maybe an hour more drive time, but it may be worth it.
