Does anyone the name of the restaurant with HUGE portions?

I was in Anaheim several years back, and someone suggested this restaurant about 3-4 miles from DL that was known for the extra large (almost comical) portions of food. Anyone?

Mimis is a lot closer than 3-4 miles. Claim Jumper is a good guess. Cheesecake Factory is also oversized but I don't know if they have a branch near DL.

I think that the best guess is Claim Jumper, there is one at the corner of La Palma and Beach Blvd in Buena Park, across the street from Knott's Berry Farm.

As for the Cheesecake Factory, they also have large portions. And there is one close to the Disneyland Resort. On the corner of Katella and Clementine, part of the Anaheim GardenWalk complex.

All three of these have huge portions. So does Spaghetti Station.

There are several restaurants in the area that had such huge portions, my parents vowed never to go again. Spaghetti Station was one of them.

I would guess Claim Jumper. Their meals are always enough for 2-4 people. No way is it Mimi's.

Actually, to be fair, Mimi's "Regular" menu does have large portions.

They have been pushing their new "Just Enough" menu, which are smaller portions, and the menu I usually use.

It could even be Mrs. Knott's, that is if the person was suggesting a chicken dinner. Especially if you get a plate with all white meat (extra), it's a huge meal with busicutts, soup or salad, lightly fried chicken, potatoes and gravy, corn, plus dessert. Just go to both restaurants!

Seems like Beach Blvd. in Buena Park is home to the Huge Meals. We have mentioned Claim Jumper and Mrs. Knott's Chicken Dinner Restaurant already.

I just though of a third, just north of the other two, across from Medieval Times.

PoFolks. Large Portions and great home-style cooking.

Depends upon how long ago "several years back" is but the king of the GIANT portions was a restaurant called Belisle's. (It was owned by the family of my college roommate). But it closed about 15 years ago, I think.

Here's a link to some info on it.
