Disneyland Fantasmic Dining Option - What is it???

While waiting to speak to a Disneyland Dining representative, I overhead on the automated line something about a Fantasmic Dining Option, offering prime viewing options. However, by the time I spoke to the representative about another reservation, I forgot to inquire about the Fantasmic option. Does anyone know what this offers, or is about?

Thanks!

Google is your friend:

The Fantasmic! Dining Experience includes dinner at one of the participating Disney's Hollywood Studios restaurants and reserved seating in the Fantasmic! amphitheater. As of this writing, only Brown Derby, Mama Melrose, and Hollywood & Vine are participating.

This means that instead of waiting in line for 60-90 minutes outside the theater, you can walk right up to the theater 30-45 minutes before show time, (no waiting in a long line!) and still have a seat.

Google is NOT your friend.

Post #1 talks about the Orlando, Florida options at Walt Disney World, NOT Disneyland in Anaheim, California.

The Fantasmic! option at Disneyland Park is a dessert box.

disneyfoodblog.com/2010/…

>>The box includes a variety of cheeses, crackers, grapes, and lots and lots of yummy sweets. Drinks are offered as well: everything from tea, to soda, water, hot chocolate and coffee. <<

>>As far as cost goes, this event is not cheap, tickets are $54 and pricing for adults & children is the same.<<
