Is Spring break "madness" expected to be over by April 9?

Hi all

We are a family of 4, staying for a limited time in the USA, and we would like to go to Disneyland this coming Tuesday (April 9). However, we heard a lot about the long lines during spring break and would like to avoid that as this is quite a one time opportunity to go to the park and we want to make the best of it. As each school has different spring break dates (or so that is our impression) we are not sure what to expect on April 9th. Anyone has a clue what we can expect? is it better to try and postpone the trip or can we expect that it won't really be crowded at this time?

Thank you very much in advance for any insights or suggestions! :)

OK, lighter than this crazy week, but not as light as much of May.

This week, the hours were 8 AM to Midnight daily.

Next week, it drops to 9 AM to 9 PM, so a lot less people expected.

Then the week of April 15, it goes to the typical off-season hours of 10 AM to 8 PM.

So Disney does expect larger than normal crowds the week of the 8th, but a lot less than this week.

My family was at Disneyland from April 8th thru 12th (our Spring Break) and it wasn't busy at all. I was expecting crazy long lines and lots of people, but I think all of the other schools had their spring break last month. It was a wonderful surprise, as most rides were only 10-20 min wait times.
