Innsbruck, Fasching Haus or Limelight

My wife and I are looking to visit in late September. We are looking at these three locations. Anyone with feedback on these? Others we should consider?

Don't have current info on the other two, but really love Limelight - complete modernistic refurb on a classic old hotel. Really nice feel, convenient location. Spent Thanksgiving weekend there and thoroughly enjoyed it, good service, etc. It's essentially brand new.

In order of my preference: Rooms at Limelight are very nice. Pool and hot tub a nice plus but I find the lobby cold. Innsbruck is cozy and the rooms are tops. It is on Main Street but traffic noise should not be a problem. Fasching Haus is up the hill, a nice little work out if you enjoy walking. Note, I do not believe they have an elevator so consider if on 3rd floor. If driving, ask about parking availability and cost and don't forget about taxes and daily resort fee if price comparing.
