What to Bring Home

What is one item that you must bring home from San Pedro? I always bring home talavera, tequila, and vanilla from Cozumel, so I am looking forward to bringing home something special from San Pedro.

One Barrel Rum has a different taste, some love it, others, not so much.

Marie Sharp's Hot Sauces. Lots of different flavors and amount of 'heat'.

Lisette's Secret Sauce is awesome stuff too. You don't see it around quite as often, but, it's a really nice, sweet and hot dipping type sauce.

Coconut Oil.

Bring lots of large ziplock bags for getting the oils & rum home since you have to check them in your luggage now.

No Is not an stupid question actually is a very good question

Coconut oil is one of the best cooking oils you can ever use

The fat in the coconut oil do not burns and for that reason is consider

Coconut juice instead of bad oil.

The coconut oil you can fried with it and it will not accumulate in your intestines actually it will clear up the track 100%

You can bake with it, fried with it, or just drink a spoon daily will make your waist smaller.

Coconut oil you can use it as an anti fungal one of the most powerful ones,

it eliminites Candida, yeast infections it can also be applied localy

The coconut oil you can use it in your skin makes it smooth or use it in your hair and it will stop your hair from falling...I could write pages and pages about how great coconut oil is you can buy some here just make sure is virgen organic cold press coconut oil....by the way is delicious.

There are some specialty shops there. You can ask the locals. I agree that coconut oil is great, and I cook with it, put it on toast, in oatmeal, and use it topically for dry skin. But.. it's readily available at health food stores, Costco and maybe even Walmart now.

Only the Rum Cigar store makes and sells chocolate rum as far as I know. They are on middle street.

Glorious Belize coconut oil is fantastic. Sold at Greenhouse and Go nature health food store. We use it for cooking, skincare, hair treatment, protection against sand fleas.
