We booked our 4x4 rental from Budget through them as well as 2 nights at the Liberia Hilton on our recent trip and had smooth sailing: no problems at all. Have a great time.

I booked through them once a few years ago. I couldn't get the hotel I wanted to return my emails or phone calls so I booked with V. City. Everything went great.

To make sure... just call the hotel that you book with them. If the reservation is valid and prepaid... then u can sleep better.

rohrmoser gives good advice. I do that no matter how I book, online, agency, email, phone or through the main chain, I always contact the hotel directly to confirm. I would also make sure to have the direct contact info to your agent at Vacation City on you so if there is a problem when you arrive you can contact your agent right away.
