Wow... I am officially old enough not to be hip anymore...

I had to look up what Glamping was.... Now I know!

I guess if we are talking luxury tents and camping, you are looking at the Osa Peninsula. Not sure of who has the best down that way but I think there are a couple of luxury tent camps. More will chime in soon on where has the best. Sit tight.

Found this corcovado.com/camp/affordable-luxury-camping… might want to check it out, I have NO personal experience with this but I find it intriguing...

Osa peninsula is the best bet, though jungle lodges with bungalows are probably a better option than fancy camping with big tents, which is more appropriate for areas with relatively sparse vegegation as opposed to the jungle.

You could check out Palmer Tent Lodge. It's in Bocas del Toro in Panama but rolling both countries into one trip is very do-able.
