Traveling solo in Westbay

This is my first post on Tripadvisor. I am going to Roatan the first week of March and planning to get scuba certified. I will be staying and getting certified at Bananarama. I am looking for advice on what to do, where to go while I’m there. Any bars/restaurants that would be a good place for a young guy traveling alone? It sounds like Westend is where all the action is. I was in Roatan once a year ago while on a cruise and couldn’t wait to get back. Thanks in advance
