I have been lucky enough to have had casaba bread over the years on Roatan. It is pretty much-so impossible to find these days. The ladies (many Garifuna from Punta Gorda) who run the kitchen at Coco View Resort would serve it on "Italian night" and it would have the added flavors of garlic and butter making it a crisp bread with an addictive quality.

What a great historical preservation this video is!
