Accommodation suggestion for group of couples

I'm planning a trip to Kaui next year for 6-10 couples (no kids) and looking for a large affordable home(or 2 next to each other?)/estate/small condo complex with a pool and hot tub. We don't want to stay in a hotel because we want to have kitchen access, and we don't want to be overrun by kids. Most of what I'm finding are too small homes or large condo complexes. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

You may want to contact a realtor for help. What is your idea of a small condo complex? In my experience most of the smaller complexes have full time residents which would make it difficult to find 6 or 10 units available at the same time or are you looking for two bedrooms which would cut down on the number you need?

I have been looking at 2 and 3 bedroom units to cut the cost as well. I want a "small" complex with less than 20-30 units to not have a hotel type feel.

As the recommendations may change by the season, it's important to know what time of year you would be traveling.

Although with a party that large, you are likely looking at multiple condo units.

Without knowing when you are coming or a budget, it's hard to make specific suggestions. Take a look at this, it shows the number of condo units, location, rough prices and description.

Nihi Kai might fit your needs for this group. You can rent several 2 bedroom units close to each other and they have a wonderful, heated, ocean front pool. It's a smaller complex close to Brennecke's and Poipu Beach Park and many of the units have been upgraded. It is a very quiet complex so if you are visiting in one of the condos, you'll need to be aware of noise, especially after 10:00.

You might also check out Whaler's Cove (also in Poipu). A very small complex with an ocean front pool.

Also, there are several houses along Hoona Road or Lawai Road that might work as well.

These houses along Hoona Road are right next to each other:

There are several more houses on Baby's Beach including a 5 bedroom and a 3 bedroom. Not sure what you mean by "affordable" and the time of year will also help.

There is also this house (also on Hoona Road) with a 2 bedroom guest cottage in the back.
