Looking for Condo suggestions

We are looking at going to Kihei next Feb and are looking for suggestions of places to stay. We would like something with a nice lanai with an ocean view and access to BBQing facilities. . We would also like to be in walking distance of restaurants and bars- thinking in the area of where the Southshore Tiki Bar and Life's A Beach bar or The Moose are but are open other areas if it fits what we want. What are your suggestions? Not sure of price point.

Take a look at Kamaole Nalu. Maui Kamaole or Hale Pau Hana.

Let us know what your budget is, per night in US$$$. And how many bedrooms? You want a condo, right?

I would start with VRBO, just for research purposes. Plunk in your dates, and use some filters to make the list smaller. I don't like to book with VRBO though, as they charge extra fees now. Sometimes you can contact the owner directly, and avoid the fees.

Fishdiva has given you a few options to get you started.

Second the suggestions for Royal Mauian, Kamaole Nalu, and Hale Pau Hana. Have stayed at all. Great oceanfront locations (all in a row) and across street from good shops and restaurants. For less expensive my favorite "across the road" complex is Haleakala Shores.

We like staying at the Hale Hui Kai condos. Small complex right on an amazing beach. Not the best for walking to restaurants but we always take a beach first and it’s a short drive to Wailea or Kihei.

Hale Hui Kai, that sunnyinflorida mentioned in post #6, is on gorgeous Keawakapu Beach. And you would have Sarneto's on the Beach, and 5 Palms in spitting distance. Well, not really, but very close! 5 Palms is in the Mana Kai complex, and Sarento's is next door.

So I found one in the Royal Mauin- looks very nice but it only has 1 review and I messaged the owner last night and they have not replied yet and that makes me nervous. Thoughts? Am I being too cautious/ paranoid?
