Can someone verify if this is the upper or lower puokokamoa

My picture looks just like this one. I know it's labeled upper but the webpage it was from is also titled the upper falls so I just want to make sure... through google searching some pictures label it as the lower.

Making scrapbook so want to label it correctly

Looks more like middle or upper since it is smaller, closer to 30' than 130-200 which is size of lower falls ... see below.

Lower Puohokamoa Falls is a very nice 130 ft. cascade, located BELOW the Hana Highway, just past the Garden of Eden. Since it cannot be easily seen from the highway, most people are completely unaware it exists, whizzing by oblivious.

However, this waterfall it is definitely worth a stop.Once you do stop, there is an easily accessible trail with several viewing points, making the falls very easy to see and photograph.

Look for the 11.1 mile marker and then a turnout on the LEFT, beside a telephone pole. There is a trail here leading through the trees, around to a viewpoint of the waterfall and canyon. Lower Puohokamoa Falls is a very tall, pretty cascade. Some guidebooks list the height as about 200 feet tall; some say it is closer to ~130 feet tall. Be careful of your footing as the trail is not well maintained and is very close to the edge of the canyon. If there has been recent rain, can be muddy, slippery or even washed out. The trail continues around to more viewpoints. Warning; some say this trail does descend to the bottom of the falls. If so, it would be a very steep hike … and then you have to climb UP again.

There is also a middle and upper Puohokamoa Falls, located on the other side of the Hana Highway. Both of thesea are small waterfalls, 20-30 ft. high, and are on private property.
