Please stay away from Advantage Car Rental at all costs. They come up as the cheapest on Expedia but they are staffed by some very unhappy employees that do not care about customer service. They do not honour the reservation contract. We arrived on December 4 9:40 p.m. and called them as instructed for pick up at the airport. They did not show up. Thirty minutes later, we called again and they said someone is on the way. Another 30 minutes, called again and someone said, they are now closing and no one can pick us up. We protested and the response was "well, you did not pay for the rental, any ways". Expedia did not require us to pay and no other car rental agencies ask for upfront payment. There were another couple waiting with us for the same and we had to go to another company and pay the over the counter rate which was much higher than the web rate. Lesson learned, stay with the big name companies and pay a few dollars more.
