Hawaiian airlines

Planning to fly Hawaiian airlines from HNL to OGG in end of May. How quickly do the seats book up? I'm afraid to purchase tickets so early and my plans may change? Is it hard to get flights a couple of weeks before trip and do prices go up much by doing that? Thanks for advice.

The cheapest seats go first. For the end of May, I would book at least 6 weeks out if not sooner. I think they also have a higher fare that you can buy that will cover any changes. Just check out the cancellation policies carefully. Anything after Memorial Day will be more expensive.

Book as early as you possibly can; the lower fares go WAY in advance. You can usually get better fares by flying early or late in the day.

We booked 9 weeks in advance as soon as we picked a date to go. I will do the same for our next visit as well.
