Princess Ka'iulani ~ Birthday Commemoration and Keiki Hula

Princess Victoria Ka‘iulani Kawekio I Lunalilo Kalaninuiahilapalapa Cleghorn was born on October 16, 1875.

Events in commemoration of her birthday will be held this week at the Sheraton Princess Ka'iulani Hotel.

Included is the Keiki Hula Festival which will be on Saturday, October 21, beginning at 9:00 a.m.

This is a free event! I took my granddaughter to this event! It was great considering it was free!

Thanks for posting this Jet. We took our keiki this morning who loved it. Those keiki are so talented, well worth it, and to top it off, Sam (didn't catch his surname) on ukelele and vocals was an unexpected bonus. Love seeing live ukelele professionals. I miss seeing Troy Fernandez play nightly on the corner of Kalukaua and Seaside, what a talent. I believe he moved to CA.
