Morocco in january?

Hii There,

This weekend we are going to book an eight day trip to morocco. I was wondering what the weather is like?

We were planning to visit Marrakesh for a few days then hire a care and drive to Agadir/Taghazout. For some surfing. Does anyone know how driving is there? And is it possible to drive to Agadir/Taghazout via Essaouira? The coastal route, how long will it take approx? Or is it not worth it?

Other ideas are welcome!

Cheers

January is one of the coldest months, will still be warm in the day but cold at night. Check the WEATHER INFORMATION section on the right side of this page

No problem to hire a car and drive - you can go via Essaouira but there is no point unless you plan to spend some time in Essaouira as there is a new motorway from Marrakech direct to Agadir
