It is Euro one. Some hotels have a dual use plug in the bathrooms that will accept Euro one and US plugs. I frequently recharge me cell phone there. Just be sure it is rated properly (110 vs 240) before you plug something into it that isn't the same.

Some sockets in Morocco have an earth element poking out.

Some Euro adapters work OK as they have a dummy hole that the element can go into but other Euro adapters won't work.

There are 2 types of plug adapters that you'll find. Most larger hotels uses the grounded plug (for WA-9 plug adapter that has 2 prongs and a flat surface hole) and others use the ungrounded plug (2 prongs adapter...i have one that is 4mm).

Recommend that you get a grounded plug adapter (i.e., WA-9)... that's what I had to get eventually after realizing the ungrounded (2 prong poking out) is not usable in most hotels.

Thanks for the above info, jamaicawi, the left-hand photo in the link above shows what you need, a two male pins, with a receptor for a male pin coming out from the socket. These adapters work with both types of sockets you will find in Morocco.
