Any recommendations for spa in Marrakesh?

I am looking for spa and hammam treatment for me and my husband on our trip to Marrakesh.

Any recommendations will be highly appreciated and price range will be grateful as we are on a tight budget unfortunately.

Thank you in advance,

Yovina

Not really suitable for people on a tight budget though ;-)

Have a look at Hammam Ziani for a cheaper option. There are lots of other Hammams near the square, you'll be handed leaflets by the guys promoting them and can visit before you book.

If you look at this link tripadvisor.co.uk/Attractions-g293734-Activi… you will find reviews of a whole range of different spas - most have a website showing prices and treatments available.

Les Bains De Marrakech is very popular and very plush but if you are looking to experience a real hammam, you won't find it here (and it isn't very budget-friendly). They scrub you very gently (comparatively) and it is more of a relaxing experience than a thorough clean. Having said that, the hot stone massage is fabulous for sore joints.

Have a look through the reviews and see what you think.

The last time I was in Marrakech (in July) we did a 45 minute hammam with exfoliation scrub and olive oil soap massage at Les Bains. It lasted more like an hour and cost 250 dirham (roughly 22 euro) per person. While that may not be exactly "cheap", it was certainly great value for money, there was an even less expensive option (hammam only) at around 15 euro pp, given the fact that Les Bains is well staffed and the service and installations are excellent, you'd be hard pressed to find a better deal elsewhere.

Went to Mythical Oriental Spa as a combo with Faim D'Epices (Moroccan cooking class). Great experiences at both and the spa was great for a couple experience.
