We usually eat aarly then go back to the accommodation to play cards so that should be okay. Should we buy spirit at the airport?

Hi,

If you prefer a specific brand of spirit then perhaps buy it at the airport in case it's not available at the supermarkets (though they do carry the most popular international labels).

Alcohol is available in Carrefour and Acima supermarkets, not Aswak Assalam. Also from alimentations (locenced grocers). If you know what area you are staying in we can let you know the location of your nearest outlet.

Just off the route De reparts in the arset sidi yoursef area. Thanks.

Also we do like to eat local and most of the eateries recommended on tripadvicer seam to be more upmarket or chic so any addvice would be much appreciated.

Use the "search in" box below - type in snack bar, fish cafe or Bab Doukkala canteens for more information. Just inside/outside the ramparts at Bab Doukkala (where you are staying) there are several cafes too which do decent lunches, cafe Nouzha is one. But then you are only 10 - 20 minutes walk away from the various eateries in Gueliz too - spoilt for choices really!

Sorry for the typo - licensed grocers is what I meant of course. Aswak Assalam is your nearest supermarket but there is an Acima only a further 5 or so minutes away.
