Your request is not very clear. Will you only have one free day to visit a game reserve? If so, probably only www.tala.co.za would be close enough.

Will you have a car or are you looking for an organised tour? Perhaps if you told us a short itinerary of your proposed visit we could help better.

PheZulu is not a safari-type place. It's very nice for snakes and crocodiles and the spectacular scenery but it's nothing like a game reserve.

Thanks for your reply.

Yes i will have only one FULL day on 10th July

I will arrive on 9th July afternoon. and leaving to JHB on 11th

I don't have a Car.

I would like to join any local 1 day tour to a safari Park.

Yes, PheZulu is not something i am looking for.

Tala is nice. is it close enough for a one day trip , probably 2 hours of game drive. an organised tour will be excellent.

Tala is abou 50 minutes drive from Durban. The largest park is Hluhluwe/Mfolozi which is 3.5 hrs drive from Durban. below is a link with some tour operators or google durban day tours and see what operators come up.

Yes, with only about 12 hours of daylight, that's why I suggested Tala instead of of the ones further north.

Cay77, couldn't the place you are staying with organise a day trip to Tala for you? Otherwise you'll have to rely on Kim's suggested web site or a Google search unless someone comes along with a personal recommendation for a tour organiser.
