We did this most recently in April. It was the first time we'd taken our kids (aged 8 and 6) in with us and we all enjoyed it. For further details, see:

There's a range of other activities on the Spier Estate too - we also enjoyed the Bird of Prey show.

Hi there

The Cheetah Outreach Programme is at Spier Wine Estate, just 45minutes from Cape Town. The first tour of the cheetahs starts at 10:30am, and then for the touching of the cheetahs there after. The entrance fee for the cheetahs is R10 weekdays and R5 on weekends, public hoildays and school holidays. Then for the cheetah encounter the cost is now R110.00p.p. Further more you also have the Eagle encounters which is R30 for entrance fees and they have more than 90 birds in the park. They are also at the moment redoing there deli and very close by you have the African restaurant called Moyo and with wine tasting too.
