Where should I stop between Cape Town and PE?

I can only stop in one place on my way from Cape Town to Port Elizabeth. Where should it be? Debating between Mossel Bay and Jeffreys Bay mostly, but open to other - less traveled - suggestions!

The trip is end of March, if that makes a difference.

Thanks!

I would definately not choose Mossel Bay as my one stop. My personal first choice would be Storms River Mouth followed by Knysna.

I would chose Knysna, definitely not Mossel Bay or Jefferies Bay.

I would suggest Witsand.

It's a no brainer! Must be Knysna.

Just in case, it wasn't clear enough... Lol... Definitely Knysna! Plettenberg bay is a few minutes drive from there so depending how long you stay you should check out some of the activities there too. The Elephant park is a must-do!
