Is 2 nights for a game reserve/kruger national park enough?

WE are tight for days and wondering if 2 nights would be enough for doing a safari or at a private game reserve.

Hi.

With only two days you would definitely need to look at a more expensive and smaller private reserve unfortunately. Kruger Park is wonderful but IMO much too big to see much in such a short time.

I'd suggest squeezing in a third night to avoid regretfully saying "I wish we'd added a third night" when leaving. :-)

I definitely agree with Steve B - If possible, a third night would do the world of good!

Here are some budget friendly options;

- Africa on Foot

- Gomo Gomo Game Lodge

- Elephant Plains

- nDzuti Safari Camp

Included in this rate you do receive all meals, dawn game drive daily, dusk game drive daily, usually an optional bush walk daily, teas/coffees, and refreshments on game drives. Yay!

Warm regards

Hello, you can do 2 nights, but i agree with the previous post, you will wish you added 1 night. But, if there are time constraints, 2 nights will do, but when you consider you have travelled a very long way to get here, if you can squeeze an extra night, it would be worth it.

2 nights is better than "no safari at all", but I agree with the above posters that you should try to at least increase it to 3 nights as it will definitely be worth it!

Can only echo the thoughts of the wise locals and experts above. 2 nights for safari is a real shame as you will likely be spending significant travel time on the day you arrive and leave from the park. I'd do everything in your power to make time for a 3 night stay. You won't regret it.
