Bag of school supplies - problems/fees with SA Customs?

We have filled a large duffle bag with new school supplies with our unused luggage allowance. We have already reached out to an organization in Lesotho to arrange to have some supplies given to a school there, and the rest will go to a project that provides support to orphans in Swaziland. My question is: are there any considerations to be given with SA Customs when we arrive at OR Tambo? I.e. will we need to pay duty on these new items, especially since they are obviously not for our personal use.

The same goes for Customs considerations in Lesotho and Swaziland, if anyone is up to speed on those as well.

It would be unforunate to bring all those supplies only to end up paying fees left and right to get them to those who need them...

We have done this and have never had a problem entering SA. Like you we always have a contact lined up so that we can match the stuff we take to what they really need. Noone has ever stopped us at customs entering any of the above over the past 20+ years.(perhaps we have just been lucky).
