Just received this today from Asilia.. operator of a number of camps in TZ. It may have been posted already - but here it is, anyway...
New Park Fees in the NCA
From 1 April 2015 there will be a change in structure to the park fees within the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. For adults, entrance fees will increase from the current US$50 to US$60, and from US$10 to US$20 for children between the ages of 5 – 17 years. The crater descent fee, paid per vehicle per descent, will increase from US$200 to US$300.
The Ministry of Natural Resources and Tourism recently introduced a new entry fee for all Wildlife Management Areas in Tanzania (WMA). Tourists visiting these areas, either for activities, game drives or accommodation, will need to pay an additional entry fee. Some properties in these areas have agreed to cover the fees themselves, while others have requested that the WMA charge is added to their rates as an additional amount. The fee is $10 per person per night with a vehicle fee of $5 per day.
The additional fees need to be paid at the following properties (should any properties be added to this, we will inform you in due time): Tarangire River Camp, Maramboi Lodge, Burunge Lodge, Ndarakwai Camp
