We're heading out to Zanzibar later this week and looking at the forecast it's rain every day! Was hoping somebody with experience of this area might be able to help - is it usually rain all day or one short sharp burst similar to Caribbean.

Was just interested in what is typical!

1. Re: Weather

Its very very unlikely to rain all day. Typically July is in the middle of the dry season with the lowest amount of rainfall for the year.

I hope this puts your mind at rest, enjoy your trip.

Kind regards from

Pure Zanzibar :)

Thanks for your response....the forecast looks so bad at the moment! Hopefully, it will be better in reality....

Forecasts are just that, the reality is that you won't have a lot of rain, perhaps a shower once in a while but it will clear up and the sun will be bright and hot.
